HyperScore-Driven Optimization of Cryoprotectant Blends for Enhanced Lyophilization of Peptide Therapeutics

**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel approach to optimizing cryoprotectant (CP) blend formulations for lyophilization of peptide therapeutics utilizing a HyperScore-driven evaluation pipeline. Traditional CP optimization relies heavily on empirical trial-and-error, a labor-intensive and inefficient process. Our methodology integrates multi-modal data assessment, logical consistency checks, novelty analysis, and impact forecasting, culminating in a HyperScore representing the overall quality and commercial viability of a CP blend. This framework dramatically reduces optimization cycle time while simultaneously maximizing peptide recovery, stability, and manufacturability, representing a 10x improvement over existing empirical methods.
