"WHAT IS THE VACUUM!"
This paper reframes the vacuum as a magnetic information formatting system rather than empty space. Clyde Jermaine Wilcox introduces Magnetic Information Density (MID) as the dimensionless, topological substrate of reality, stabilized by the Wilcox Constant (κ). When MID ≤ κ, the vacuum corrupts, producing quantum fluctuations, black holes, or cosmic acceleration. The framework develops axiomatic definitions, a topological law of vacuum dynamics, and the Wilcox Tensor (W_mn), which links magnetic information to emergent gravity. Testable predictions are outlined for the Casimir effect, Bose–Einstein condensate collapse, femtosecond pulse experiments, fast radio bursts, and CMB anomalies. This work establishes κ as reality’s coherence threshold and positions the vacuum as an active, topological information processor.
