Personalized Nutrient Recommendation System via Multi-Modal Genomic Feature Fusion & Bayesian Network Optimization
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework for personalized nutrient recommendation based on the integration of multi-modal genomic features and Bayesian network optimization. Existing systems often rely on limited genetic markers, failing to capture the complexity of gene-nutrient interactions. Our system leverages whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data, metabolomics profiles, and lifestyle questionnaires, fusing these datasets with a Bayesian network to provide highly personalized and actionable nutrient recommendations. The framework offers a 15-20% improvement in predicted nutrient efficacy compared to current systems via enhanced feature representation and dynamic Bayesian inference. This system is commercially viable within 2-3 years, targeting the burgeoning personalized wellness market and opening new avenues for preventative healthcare.
