Opportunità e rischi delle edizioni scientifiche digitali

<p>Philology, like all literary disciplines, has to reckon every day with the digital domain, which also affects the practices of text reconstruction and discussion. The paper aims to discuss a series of problems inherent to Digital Scholarly Editions, examining cases of the application of IT tools to some masterpieces of Italian literary tradition. The aim is to examine the advantages that digital can bring to textual criticism, while considering also its limits and the methodological dangers a scholar may run into.</p>
