An Encyclopedic Regulatory and Functional Atlas of RNA interactomes

Here we present the Encyclopedia of RNA Interactomes (ENCORI), a comprehensive atlas integrating precise RNA interactions identified by our innovative rbsSeeker and rriScan algorithms, showcasing massive mechanistic insights into RNA interactomes from CLIP-seq and RNA interactome sequencing data. ENCORI systematically provides millions of high-confidence RNA interactions, revealing the complexity of gene regulation. Through this resource, we predicted and validated a novel N6-methyladenosine reader and an orphan snoRNA guiding rRNA modification, demonstrating its pivotal role in advancing RNA research. This repository contains the source codes of our innovative rbsSeeker and rriScan software, as well as codes for generating the figures and their related analysis data.
