Energy-Based Heat Management Theory: A New Paradigm for Energy Conversion in Extreme Thermal Environments
Conventional heat management strategies in high-energy environments (fires, fusion reactors, near-solar missions, etc.) are primarily focused on suppression, insulation, or dissipation of heat. This work proposes the Energy-Based Heat Management Theory (EBHMT), which argues that high-entropy heat fluxes can be converted into more ordered energy forms such as electricity, photon radiation, or thrust via appropriate materials and conversion systems.
