IMPROVED TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC ALGORITHM IN OPTIMIZING THE RESULTS OF BILE STONE DISEASE AFTER BARIATRIC OPERATIONS.
The problems of repeated operations after bariatria are becoming increasingly relevant, especially due to the increasing number of restrictive and combined interventions. Repeated operations are associated not only with gallstone disease but also with gastrointestinal complications, metabolic disorders, and skin deformities [Higa K., 2007]. On the other hand, the question of the appropriateness of simultaneous cholecystectomy remains debatable. WHO emphasizes the need for multi-stage support for patients with obesity - both before and after surgery, including prevention and early diagnosis of complications [WHO, 2022].
