Publication-Hidden Fragility in Global Food Prices: Systemic Insights from Risk Pressure Level Assessment (RPLA) of the FAO Food Price Index (2000–2025)
Food security is the foundation of economic stability, social peace, and political trust. Yet, despite apparently stable food price charts, global markets remain fragile beneath the surface.Applying my Risk Pressure Level Assessment (RPLA)© to the FAO Food Price Indices (2000–2025), I uncovered that the system is operating in a narrow “adaptive but fragile” zone. This means shocks — whether from geopolitics, pandemics, or climate extremes — can easily cascade into crises.
