Derivation of Cushing's Triad Mechanism from Energy Conservation.
The derivation proves that pulse pressure widening in Cushing’s triad results primarily from diastolic pressure reduction rather than systolic elevation. The factor of 2 on δ(DBP) demonstrates that diastolic changes have twice the impact of systolic changes on the fundamental pressure relationships.
