Динаміка стратегічних партнерств у контексті глобальних викликів безпеки
The relevance of the study is driven by the need to rethink strategic partnerships amid increasing global turbulence, inter-state distrust, technological fragmentation, and military conflicts, particularly the full-scale war in Ukraine. The aim is to identify current transformation trends in alliances, determine their functional features, and develop recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of partnerships in national and international security systems. The methodology includes a structural-functional approach, comparative analysis, case studies, content analysis of strategic documents, and elements of systems analysis, ensuring an interdisciplinary perspective that integrates political, security, and technological dimensions. The findings show that modern strategic partnerships are evolving into modular multilateral formats emphasizing digital interoperability, data exchange, defense innovation, and joint cybersecurity. Various functional models and cases of cooperation are identified as mechanisms of resilience against hybrid threats. Key challenges are outlined—interest asymmetry, regulatory incompatibility, fragmented decision-making, and trust deficits. The study offers recommendations for strengthening adaptability through revision mechanisms, scenario simulations, and institutional coordination. Further research should focus on developing resilience indicators and analyzing the impact of political trust and technological integration on partnership architectures.
