Testing a Quantum Gravity Theory on Standard Quantum Mechanics Problems
This paper presents a novel approach to quantum gravity, proposing that when a large mass is compressed to quantum scale, its gravitational influence increases significantly and alters standard quantum behavior. The theory introduces a modified energy formula that includes a gravitational energy term, especially relevant for massive particles in confined quantum systems. Six foundational quantum mechanics problems — including the particle in a box, tunneling, harmonic oscillator, wavefunction collapse, photon energy, and black hole behavior — are analyzed and solved using this new approach. Each case is compared with standard quantum mechanics to identify where the new theory aligns, enhances, or offers alternative explanations. This work aims to bridge the gap between quantum mechanics and gravity using thought experiments, Einstein-style logic, and theoretical consistency.
