Paper 62: Emergent Gravity from Angular Strain in the Holosphere Lattice
In Holosphere Theory, gravity emerges not from spacetime curvature but from coherence gradients in a discrete rotating lattice of angular phase units known as Holospheres. This paper reformulates gravity as a coherence-driven process, where mass suppresses the outward leakage of high-energy vacancy defects, creating zones of enhanced phase alignment. These coherence-rich zones act as attractors for surrounding matter, replacing traditional gravitational pull with motion toward suppressed emission regions. The angular strain tensor ϵμν\epsilon_{\mu\nu}ϵμν governs phase misalignment and energy propagation, constrained by the percolation threshold β=3/2, which ensures stable coherence flow across scales. We derive field equations from a discrete-to-continuum transition, unify them with conservation of coherence current JμJ^\muJμ, and introduce coherence-modified gravitational potentials. This framework eliminates singularities, resolves the information loss problem, and predicts deviations from general relativity in voids, filaments, and near coherence horizons. The theory connects with prior Holosphere results on galaxy rotation, brightness dimming, and cosmic structure, offering a falsifiable, physically grounded foundation for emergent gravity.
