"A Novel Vision for Planetary Engineering: Using Solar, Lunar, and Cosmic Energy to Transform Earth and Mars"

This paper presents a visionary framework for planetary engineering on both Earth and Mars by harnessing solar, lunar, and cosmic energy flows. The proposed approach introduces the concept of "energy walls" that can trap or block heat, enabling artificial control of climate systems. On Earth, these methods could help cool overheated regions, generate artificial ice, and enhance rainfall to counter climate change. On Mars, Fresnel lenses and energy boundaries could concentrate solar energy to release subsurface ice, create localized heating, and gradually form habitable environments. This work builds upon the author’s earlier research on Mars-based energy generation and extends it toward a global vision for planetary transformation.
