Syntactic Analysis of the Novel of Amiyabhushan Majumder

An analysis of the modern style of the novel of Amiyabhusan Majumdar is the subject of our article. In Bengali literature, Amiyabhusan Majumdar is a writer of a different genre. One of the reasons for his uniqueness is the prose language. As we know, it is the largest single word in the language. Therefore, it is natural that the writer's prose language should have a variety of modern styles. This article attempts to explore the prosaic language tendencies of Amiyabhushana using stylistic syntactic criteria such as deviation, preponderance, parallelism, coherence. Attempts have also been made to identify different types and variations of sentences. Basically, our research has been done by analytical method. It has been very effective in highlighting the various dimensions of the modern style of Amiyabhusan's novels.
