Blockchain-Enabled Cybersecurity Frameworks for IoT Networks
The rapid proliferation of the Internet of Things (IoT) devices in both the industrial as well as the consumer environments has mainly had introduced some of the unprecedented convenience and also the data-driven intelligence. However, it has also had well exposed networks to a myriad of the cybersecurity threats due to their various resource-constrained nature as well as the heterogeneous deployment. In recent years, blockchain generation has emerged as a promising solution to beautify the security, integrity, and trustworthiness of IoT ecosystems. This paper explores the improvement of blockchain-enabled cybersecurity frameworks tailored for IoT networks, investigating appropriate blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, integration protocols, and novel architectural enhancements that make certain low latency, excessive scalability, and sturdy safety. Additionally, it evaluates real-global implementation demanding situations and proposes a validation approach using simulations and prototyping. The framework provides a possible pathway toward creating resilient, truthful, and green IoT infrastructures.
