GloBI: Tackling the Eltonian shortfall

This repository contains datasets generated and/or analysed during the current study and workflows for curating, harmonizing, and analyzing the Global Biotic Interactions (GloBI) database, with a focus on bee–plant interactions. We provide pipelines to validate the GloBI dataset and to highlight its geographical and taxonomical biases. Following the FAIR principles, we made the data more Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable, ensuring its value for future studies.
