Renormalizable, Testable Quantum Gravity Foundation from Chiral Neutrino Masses in a Standard Model Two-Higgs Minimal Extension

Using the single postulate of a standard model two-Higgs minimal extension informed by current empirical neutrino mass data—from which a gravitational and chiral neutrino mass hierarchy equivalence, and a Type-I neutrino mass seesaw, emerge as corollaries—we derive Newton’s gravitational constant as GN≈ℏc5Σi4mνiL/Κ4vF2mD4 with Σi4mνiL≡ (ΣimνiL) 4, which is a function of the left-chiral neutrino mass sum ΣimνiL, the Fermi vev vF, a Dirac mass seesaw fulcrum mD, and a neutrino mass variance constant Κ. Used in the Einstein equation via κ=8πGN/c^4, and analyzed with the Newtonian linear approximation, this reveals an effective foundation for renormalizable quantum gravity mediated by a composite of strength-weakening neutrino loops and spin 3/2 gravitinos, in addition to expected spin 2 gravitons (Figure 2). The Higgs mechanism for neutrino masses suggests a proposed experiment using hydride collisions at LHC/FCC to produce and detect evidence of predicted ~PeV right-chiral neutrino masses (Tables 2 and 3). Aside from the minimal two-Higgs extension informed by empirical neutrino mass data, we arrive at quantum gravity making no alterations whatsoever to the standard model or to general relativity.
