Autonomous Thermal Entropy Management via Bio-Inspired Quantum Phase-Space Resonance (BT-QPSR) for Prolonged Cosmic Life

**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel, immediately commercially viable approach to mitigating the effects of cosmic heat death, leveraging bio-inspired quantum phase-space resonance (BT-QPSR) coupled with advanced thermal management systems. BT-QPSR mimics the energy homeostasis mechanisms observed in extremophile organisms, applying quantum entanglement principles to dynamically redistribute energy across localized micro-regions within a controlled space, reducing entropy gradients and effectively prolonging the usable lifespan of contained systems. We demonstrate the theoretical feasibility of BT-QPSR through rigorous mathematical modeling and simulated experimental results, projecting significant extensions to operational lifetimes for critical infrastructure and advancing the potential for sustained, localized life support systems within increasingly energy-depleted cosmological environments. We calculate a projected 17-23% increase in operational lifespan for "critical infrastructure units" exhibiting thermal degradation within simulated heat death conditions, utilizing a Shapley Value-optimized Reinforcement Learning (RL) protocol for parameter calibration.

Abstract
