TGIU – Informational Collapse Theory_2025 revised

The Universal Gravito-Informational Theory (TGIU) is an ontological extension of General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Mechanics (QM). It does not modify their equations in validated regimes but completes them in domains where paradoxes arise (e.g., the black hole information paradox, the nature of dark matter/energy, the origin of the MOND acceleration scale $a_0$). TGIU defines information as the fundamental substrate from which space, time, and matter emerge through \emph{informational collapse}. This process is governed by a collapse angle $\Theta_C$, a universal entropic cost $\eta = 0.783$, and the TGIU Equilibrium Force (TEF), which prevents extremes such as absolute zero or infinities.
