IMPLEMENTASI INDEKS KAMI PADA PT.PGN COMMUNICATION

ABSTRACTInformation security is a crucial aspect in managing informationtechnology systems, especially in companies that focus on ICT such asPT PGN Communication. The high dependence on digital infrastructurerequires companies to have a reliable information security system thatcomplies with national standards. This study is to assess the level ofinformation security readiness at PGN Communication using the KAMIIndex (Information Security) framework developed by the NationalCyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). The KAMI Index consists of five maindomains: organizational governance, information security riskmanagement, information security framework, asset management, andtechnology and information security. The research methodology uses aqualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in theform of interviews, observations, documentation studies, and fillingout the KAMI Index questionnaire. The results obtained indicate thatthe level of information security maturity at PGN Communication is inthe Good category, this reflects that the company has a strongfoundation in implementing information security practices, both interms of governance, asset management, and the application ofsecurity technology. Keywords: Information Security, Indeks KAMI, PGN Communication,BSSN, IT Governance, Readiness Evaluation
