Analysis of the State and Development Prospects of the Hotel Business in Ukraine During and After the War: Directions of International Cooperation

The article analyzes the state and prospects of the hotel business in Ukraine in the context of war. The study identified the main problems and opportunities of the industry during the war. It also outlines key directions of international cooperation – foreign investment, consulting, digitalization, infrastructure reconstruction, and knowledge exchange – which can contribute to stabilization during the conflict and the recovery of the sector afterward. At the same time, several issues complicating cooperation with international partners were identified: security concerns, logistics challenges, workforce shortages, corruption risks, and regulatory hurdles. The research results emphasize the importance of developing international cooperation in the hotel business, as it serves as a key tool for building a competitive industry in Ukraine.
