Sustainable Tourism: Balancing Growth and Responsibility
Abstract: Sustainable tourism refers to tourism that fully considers its current and future economic, social, and environmental impacts. It addresses the needs of visitors, the industry, the environment, and host communities. As tourism continues to grow rapidly across the globe, concerns over its impact on natural habitats, local cultures, and communities have increased. Sustainable tourism offers an alternative approach that emphasizes long-term planning, conservation of resources, and equitable development. This paper analyzse the importance of sustainable tourism, how it works, real-life examples, and possible suggestions for improving sustainability in the tourism industry.
