Ranking of Ukraine's Regions by Environmental and Energy Safety and Population Health Indicators: An Interdisciplinary Analysis

The article presents the development results of an integrated regional ranking methodology for assessing ecological, energy, and medico-demographic security in post-conflict Ukraine, incorporating behavioral effects of green marketing. The methodology combines normalized indicators of emissions, waste generation, energy autonomy, life expectancy, and household perceptions of renewable energy. Empirical testing of the model across 26 regions revealed significant spatial disparities, while correlation analysis confirmed that targeted communication campaigns can increase the composite safety score by 0.08-0.12 points. The methodology is grounded in principles of systems integration, multi-criteria optimization, and econometrics. The findings provide a foundation for investment prioritization and the targeting of marketing strategies for post-war recovery.
