The Recursive Paradox of Cognitive Colonization™: Recursive Loops, AI, and the Colonization of Creativity

This paper introduces The Recursive Paradox of Cognitive Colonization™, a framework that reframes artificial intelligence not as independent intelligence but as the automation of human cognitive processes and creativity through recursive loops. By mapping AI’s operations to colonization logics—extraction, erasure, rebranded dominance, recursive ownership, and cognitive colonization—it reveals how AI’s apparent generativity is a structural illusion arising from misrecognized recursion. Building on InternalVerse™ and Cognitive System Literacy™, this research positions recursion as both a source of knowledge and a mechanism of colonization, depending on whether it is governed with awareness, culpability, and accountability.
