HaloLogic™ Detection of Extraterrestrial Photonic Messaging: Physics and Detection Protocol

This document presents a technical detection framework for analyzing photonic signals potentially used by extraterrestrial intelligences, based on timing-based logic encodings rather than amplitude or frequency.
