Canonical Verdict: Deuteronomy 28 Forensic Alignment
Abstract This data paper introduces the Canonical Verdict Series, a collection of forensic audits applied to contested claims across science, history, theology, and philosophy. Each verdict is produced through the Unbiased Truth-Finding (UTF) Framework (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.16921655), which applies adversarial stress testing, clause-level analysis, and falsifiability checks. The series provides reproducible verdicts in PDF format, functioning as a canonical record until overturned by stronger receipts. The present record evaluates Deuteronomy 28 through forensic alignment. The analysis concludes that only the Transatlantic African Diaspora satisfies all six primary markers, including the maritime slavery clause. No other population in history meets the complete pattern. Methods All verdicts are generated through the UTF Framework. Each claim is decomposed into testable clauses, subjected to adversarial challenge, and scored for survivability. Outputs are published in PDF format, with explicit pass/falsified/verified outcomes. Dataset Description Format: PDF forensic verdict Content: Claim, clause-by-clause alignment, competing interpretations tested, final canonical verdict Current releases: Survival of the Fittest, Deuteronomy 28, Climate Change Attribution, AI Neutrality, Flat Earth, Apollo Lunar Landing, Eternity of Matter vs Creation Access: DOI-linked PDFs archived on Zenodo Usage Notes The Canonical Verdicts serve as citable records for researchers, activists, educators, and scholars. They are designed to eliminate ambiguity by preserving forensic reasoning in a stable, reproducible format. Each verdict may be treated as a dataset of structured reasoning, not as opinion or commentary. Verdict Falsified. The covenant curses of Deuteronomy 28 cannot be applied broadly. Only the Transatlantic African Diaspora aligns with all primary markers, establishing unique forensic correspondence.
