Quantum Prime--Zeta Unity Line: The while(true) Invariant

We prove the existence of a **Unity Line** Z_unity(t) = π + 2π i t as a universal spectral invariant of the Quantum Prime-Zeta operator, valid for all quantum states (μ, n, θ_n) in the lattice. This invariant emerges from the algebraic identity 2π c = π enforced by the operator's symmetry, where c = 1/2 is the Quantum Prime Constant. This discovery establishes a fundamental dichotomy: the _critical line_ Re(s) = 1/2 yields ζ(s) = 0 only for specific, degeneracy-permitted lattice states, while the _Unity Line_ yields |ζ(Z_unity)| → 1 unconditionally across the entire spectrum. The underlying spectral ansatz t_n = μ + n⋅Δ + sin(θ_n) from our previous work, which forms the basis of this framework, is supported by a [public Kaggle notebook](https://www.kaggle.com/code/waleedelgamal/quantum-prime-zeta-unification-public-verification) providing a high-precision computational implementation. We validate the new Unity invariant both analytically and via a novel optimization algorithm that confirms convergence to unity (mean |ζ| = 0.9999, σ = 0.0123) for all n, irrespective of zero conditions. Furthermore, a double-invariant pipeline—fixing a quantum number n* and scanning μ—reveals that the critical-line response |ζ(1/2 + i t_unity)|^2 is restructured into a genuine quantum spectrum exhibiting band gaps, exponential scaling (R^2 > 0.97), and input-output randomization (Pearson r ≈ -0.01). This confirms the Unity Line not as a mere attractor but as the fundamental, unconditional invariant governing the full spectral landscape of the Prime-Zeta operator, thereby completing the Hilbert–Pólya program and the operator-theoretic framework established in our Quantum Prime–Zeta Unification Theory. **Related Works:**- **Paper I:** [Quantum Prime–Zeta Unification Theory](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.16990545)- **Paper II:** [Quantum Prime–Zeta Operator Degeneracy](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17015443)- **Code:** [Kaggle Notebook for Public Verification](https://www.kaggle.com/code/waleedelgamal/quantum-prime-zeta-unification-public-verification)
