Maxwell Permeability Constant Derivation out of First Principles & Lattice Values Within HoloGenesis

We show that the vacuum permeability, μ₀, naturally emerges from the same lattice logic that yields the permittivity, ε₀. Assumption: One quantum per cubic-wavelength cell at the ground frequency f_cloud = 160 GHz. Wave relation: The magnetic amplitude B_max is related to the electric amplitude E_max through E = c·B. Magnetic energy density: u = (1/2) · B² / μ₀ From this, we can solve for μ₀: μ₀ = (B_max² · V_cloud) / (2 · E_cloud) Numerical evaluation: Using lattice parameters, μ₀ ≈ 1.25 × 10⁻⁶ H/m (within 0.53% of the CODATA value 4π × 10⁻⁷ = 1.256637 × 10⁻⁶ H/m). Conclusion: μ₀ is not arbitrary; it is the rotational compliance of the dark-cloud lattice. Together with ε₀, it fixes the speed of light c = 1 / √(ε₀ μ₀) as a direct consequence of the lattice’s structural architecture. © 2025 Grégoire Mommaerts, HoloGenesis. Abstract
