Challenges of human resources management in improving project efficiency: Study of Process Integration and Project Management.
The critical success factors of any multidimensional project depend on many components, most notably humanresources. This review analyzes the various challenges and criteria that affect human resource management within aproject management framework to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. This paper uses a literature review with synthesisand comparison. Databases were searched to select studies published in databases from 2010 to 2024، , which dealt withthe topic of this paper. 97 published studies were selected that addressed the challenges of human resource managementand project management and their common themes, and the study concluded that the studies ignored research on anytopic in human resource management on purely temporary project structures. Few studies have been conducted onmodels with mixed structures or short timelines, such as existing organizations on projects. The results also showed alack of clarity in the construction of HR systems at the project level, recommending that future HR researchers shift theresearch focus from organizations as permanent entities to focus on them as temporary projects. The results of the specialists' research show that the success of human resource management in the project dependsprimarily on trust and certainty between employees and project team managers and has the most significant impact onthe achievements of human resources management in projects. It also showed that the most prominent challenges are theintegration of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in human resources management and that success in themhas had the most significant impact in developing and improving the effectiveness of human resources management inprojects and others. Studies have shown that digital transformation will create a flexible organizational structure, allowing for the development and improvement of employee efficiency. Digital processes will create organizational formsthat are flexible, scalable, and adaptable to working conditions, especially in uncertain circumstances. The literature has also indicated that applying AI-based digital tools is not always a reason to reduce the number ofemployees but can be a reason to use better and more advanced management of employee knowledge and skills.
