Neuro‑Earth Hypothesis (NEH): Charge‑Mediated Microphysics at the Biosphere–Atmosphere–Electrosphere Interface
Neuro‑Earth Hypothesis (NEH): A bio‑electric coupling across biosphere–atmosphere–electrosphere. Biological ice‑nucleating particles (INPs) and sulfur species from marine and terrestrial microbiota can modulate mixed‑phase cloud microphysics in specific regimes, while the Global Electric Circuit (GEC) provides a quasi‑global electromagnetic “clock” linked to convection and lightning. We formalize a Bio‑Pulse Index (BPI) that integrates fair‑weather electric‑field anomalies, Schumann‑resonance (SR) amplitudes, biogenic‑INP proxies, and ocean chlorophyll‑a tendencies into a daily 0.25° diagnostic; we then apply topological data analysis (TDA) to identify persistent teleconnection “conduits.” We outline retrospective skill tests and targeted campaigns (UAV in situ; contained microcosms) to evaluate whether days/regions with elevated BPI exhibit stronger co‑variability among INPs, precipitation and soil‑moisture anomalies relative to meteorology‑only baselines. Our program explicitly treats (i) the disputed strength of DMS→CCN→albedo pathways, (ii) source/seasonal heterogeneity of Arctic INPs, and (iii) the exploratory status of hypothesized links between ELF fields and radical‑pair biochemistry. All campaigns are pre‑registered, open‑data, and ethics‑first (no open‑environment bio‑release). NEH complements “planetary intelligence” frameworks by specifying measurable carriers and clocks and by providing falsifiable, system‑level KPIs at the biosphere–atmosphere interface.
