INTEGRATION OF ICT IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN INDIA – TEACHER PREPAREDNESS

Integration of Technology in higher education has revolutionised teaching learning pedagogy in India. Teachers have been adopting different digital tools to impart education to students across all the levels of education. This paper explores the ability of teachers in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to teach online during pandemic and to what extent they transformed themselves for future technology-based education.
