In this paper we have studied Bicomplex k-Potent matrices satisfies the equation 𝐴 = 𝛼𝐼 + 𝛽𝐴, where 𝐴 ∈ β„‚Γ— , π‘˜ is a positive integer, 𝛼 and 𝛽 are real numbers. This class of Bicomplex matrices includes Idempotent, Involutory, Nilpotent, Periodic, Skew-periodic, Generalized Involutory, Generalized Skew-Involutory and many more. We have investigated the Eigenstructure of Bicomplex k-Potent matrices and their diagonalizability.
