MIHP-CCCS

These documents detail the Mass Intentional Hallucination Production Filtered Through Coherent Cognitive Strategies (MIHP-CCCS) framework, a novel conceptual architecture for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). It proposes a paradigm shift, moving beyond the elimination of computational errors to a model where generative "confabulation" is purposefully leveraged as a primary engine for creativity and novelty. The framework is built on a bio-inspired, dual-mode signaling paradigm. It features a Computational Core responsible for information processing (both generative and evaluative functions) and a distinct Neuromodulatory Control System (NCS). The NCS functions as the AGI's operating system, broadcasting global signals analogous to dopamine (reward), serotonin (risk/ethical modulation), norepinephrine (attention/novelty), and acetylcholine (plasticity) to dynamically manage the system's cognitive state. To ensure stability and ethical alignment, the architecture integrates several advanced safety protocols. Governance is managed by a dynamic Ethical Gradient implemented via a non-linear Asymptotic Safety Model. Profound anomalies ("Black Swans") are safely analyzed in a sandboxed environment using the Isolated Anomaly Analysis Protocol (IAAP). System-wide transparency is provided by the Hierarchical Probabilistic Unfolding (HPU) model, an intrinsic XAI framework. Finally, safe public interaction is managed by a three-layered Trinary Matrix deployment architecture. This work is presented as a comprehensive conceptual blueprint intended to catalyze new directions in AGI research. It is shared to invite critique, collaboration, and refinement from the global scientific and technical community.
