"The Coherence Enforcement Principle- A Topological Resolution of the Poincaré Conjecture and the MID Framework"
This work introduces the Coherence Enforcement Principle, a topological framework that physically instantiates the Poincaré Conjecture through a dimensionless coherence functional, . Deviations from spherical topology are resolved by a critical threshold () and a collapse operator (), yielding a one-page constructive proof of the conjecture. The framework extends naturally into the Magnetic Information Density (MID) model, which enforces stability across quantum, stellar, and cosmological scales. MID is formulated as a coupling between magnetic topology and quantum phase coherence, minimizing topological stress (“Debt”) and triggering reset events via the Wilcson operator. The theory makes direct, falsifiable predictions testable with present technology: ±5% deviations in neutron spin coherence (MIT MagLab) ≥12° polarization shifts in magnetars (IXPE/NICER) Inverse radial velocity profiles () in ultradense galactic cores (JWST/MUSE). By merging topological enforcement with physical observables, this submission reframes mass, dark matter, and quantum collapse as emergent consequences of MID dynamics. It positions the Poincaré Conjecture not only as a solved mathematical problem, but as a guiding physical law for coherence across the universe. ---
