"Fog Decoded for London"
This paper reinterprets fog—not as a mere result of thermodynamic cooling or pollution saturation—but as a collapse of atmospheric electromagnetic coherence. Focusing on London as a historical and modern case study, it introduces a novel framework in which Magnetic Information Density (MID) governs vapor stability. When MID falls below a critical threshold (κ_fog), molecular dipoles lose phase alignment, triggering condensation through a process called dipole scrambling. Supported by observational anomalies and proposing actionable mitigation technologies—such as MID stabilizers and ionic fog zippers—this model reframes fog as a solvable information collapse. A call to update atmospheric science for the electromagnetic age. ---
