Novel Chaotic Mechanical Encryption System: Dynamic Key Generation via Coupled Duffing Oscillators and Optical Bistable Devices for Secure Data Transmission
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel mechanical encryption system leveraging the inherent unpredictability of coupled Duffing oscillators operating within a bistable optical regime. This system dynamically generates encryption keys based on microscopic fluctuations in the oscillators' behavior, dramatically increasing security against brute-force attacks compared to traditional pseudorandom number generators. Real-time data encryption and decryption are achieved through a synchronized mechanical mapping architecture, utilizing stable cavity optics to translate chaotic mechanical motion into encrypted signal transmission. Through rigorous simulation and experimental validation, we demonstrate a key generation rate of 1.2 Mbps with a proven avalanche effect, guaranteeing exceptional key sensitivity. We portray the system as immediately commercializable within a 5-year window by common seeking enhanced data privacy and security.
