Nearctic and Palaearctic – ENGLAND, INDIA, ITALY, NEPAL, PAKISTAN, RUSSIA (Ghorpadé & Shehzad, 2013; Hassan et al., 2018a; Ghorpadé, 2015b; Yang et al., 2020).
