Black Belt OS™ — The Universal Operating System for Human Organizations
The Black Belt OS™ project introduces a universal operating system for organizations, identifying nine essential processes that underlie all human enterprises regardless of size, industry, or context. The framework distinguishes essence from form, focusing on timeless, non-redundant structures that ensure clarity, replicability, and scalability. This report presents the conceptual foundation, methodological guidelines, and early case applications, serving as both a scientific contribution and a practical tool. By combining scientific publication, cultural dissemination, and real-world validation, the project builds an open and evolutionary knowledge base.
