Підвищення ефективності роботи працівника в сучасних умовах
The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of enhancing employee performance under modern socio-economic and technological transformations. It substantiates the importance of implementing the constitutional right to work, which entails the state ensuring equal opportunities in career choice and vocational training. The implementation of key EU directives on worker information and consultation, part-time employment, and the protection of pregnant employees and new mothers is analyzed, orienting national legislation toward European integration standards. The role of digital transformation in enterprises is emphasized, particularly the adoption of advanced equipment and software that necessitates adapting workflows and continuous professional development of personnel. In the context of martial law, the significance of cybersecurity and personal data protection increases, demanding prompt and high-quality professional training for employees. Mechanisms for improving labor productivity through proper workplace equipment are considered, in accordance with the Supreme Court’s ruling, which stipulates safe and comfortable working conditions that prevent occupational diseases. Special attention is paid to human resource practices: employee rotation for talent pool development, burnout reduction, and facilitated innovation integration, as well as career planning, which configures individual development trajectories within the organization. The article also analyzes the employee certification procedure as a tool to assess compliance with qualification requirements and job responsibilities under the Law on Professional Development of Employees. It describes categories of workers exempt from certification and outlines the notification and preparation process. Overall, it is shown that enhancing employee performance depends on both external factors (war conditions, European integration, technologies) and internal factors (workplace equipment, training, rotation, certification, career planning), which together shape enterprise competitiveness and resilience in modern conditions.
