Цифровізація як драйвер сучасної соціології права: адаптація суспільства до змін технологічного прогресу

The article examines the problems of adaptation of modern society to changes in the technological process through the prism of digitalization of the sociology of law. It is noted that the growth of digitalization, the emergence of faster computers and the creation of new software tools for analyzing research results contributed to the emergence of such a sphere where a computer algorithm began to be perceived as a subject capable of producing a relevant analytical result in any situation. The launch of complex calculations, the calculation of statistical criteria and the construction of multidimensional models contributed to the fact that the sociologist ceased to need to understand the mathematical, and often the sociological basis of the manipulations with data he made. It is emphasized that it is precisely the desire of a person to adapt to the new conditions of modernity thanks to new technologies that allows him to go through this period of life more easily. In view of this, it can be argued that it is not a person who influences and shapes the social space, but it is the space that shapes a person as a personality, his worldview. It is noted that the social environment and the changes taking place in it significantly affect the formation of a person’s personality and the formation of his self-identity. The era of digitalization has formed a fundamentally new person, whose life is spent daily using digital technologies. It is concluded that information noise often interferes with the perception of the contentof the information being transmitted. Therefore, digitalization affects the life world of a person due to the quality and quantity of information, as well as the methods and forms of information consumption by a person. That is, the way of perception is changing, and personal realization is directly related to a person’s ability to work with information. The era of digitalization has transformed the identity of the individual, as a result of which it has acquired a digital format. However, a digital person has ceased to be an autonomous subject, since he now owes his personality traits to the fact of joining the online network. The results of the digitalization of the sociology of law should not replace a person, but be tools in his cognition. Therefore, in the process of digitalization of the sociology of law, priority should be given not to artificial intelligence, but to the development of the cognitive, moral and creative potential of a person, as well as various automated control systems as tools in the process of cognition.
