The main provisions of the updated Doctrine of Military Leadership in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been formulated. Its study and implementation in the educational process, in the daily and combat activities of the Institute are the foundation for the development of military leader-officers. The development of military leadership in just a few years has moved from an abstract concept to a concrete set of actions and knowledge aimed at effective personnel management, development of thinking, and the ability to make immediate decisions in critical situations. Leadership is viewed as interrelated elements: the leader and the team.
