COMPARISON OF DEVELOPMENT PLATFORMS FOR MOBILE LEARNING APPLICATIONS AND SAMPLE APPLICATIONS

Azerbaijan's hospitality sector has grown significantly in recent years due to a rise in both domestic and foreign travel. Improving customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and competitiveness all depend on effective reception and service procedures. With an emphasis on workflow effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of technological innovations, this study explores the optimisation of hotel reception and service procedures in Azerbaijan. Data was gathered from 15 hotels of various categories in Baku, Ganja, Lankaran, Naftalan, and Sheki via surveys of visitors and employees as well as manager interviews. The results show that while regional and mid-tier hotels struggle with staffing, infrastructure, and digital adoption, higher-category hotels have quicker check-in/check-out times, higher guest satisfaction, and greater technological integration. Digital check-in systems, better internet access, AI-powered customer support tools, better staff training, and solutions that are specific to hotel type and location are some of the main suggestions. It is anticipated that these actions will boost guest satisfaction, increase operational effectiveness, and promote long-term expansion in the hospitality industry in Azerbaijan.
