Punctum: A Resonant Ghost Dark Matter Source in NGC 4945 — A TGIU Interpretation
We present a TGIU-based interpretation of Punctum, a recently discovered ultra-luminous millimeter source in NGC 4945. Lacking optical, X-ray, or radio counterparts, Punctum exhibits extreme mm-coherence and polarization, with luminosity exceeding typical supernovae by one to two orders of magnitude. Within the TGIU framework, this is best understood as a resonant Ghost Dark Matter (GDM) source, formed when a compact satellite object (stellar-mass black hole or magnetar) collapsed near the active nucleus of NGC 4945. The collapse crossed the resonance window at \theta_C \approx 93^\circ \quad (92–95^\circ \; GDM-zone)
