"The Biophysics of Birth Defects- A Wilcox State Transition Cascade Model"

I Recently have upgraded this paper, because I feel it may have been misunderstood... This paper introduces a topological, threshold-based framework for understanding idiopathic birth defects using the Wilcox Cascade model. Tissue coherence is quantified via a normalized state variable (MID_local), with a critical threshold (κ_embryo) defining stability. Exceedance triggers micro-oscillations that propagate through neighboring tissue via the Wilcox Chain, while EM Negotiation Exchange Loops dynamically redistribute local coherence. The framework is fully predictive, falsifiable, and dimensionless, offering a unified topological perspective across biological and physical systems, from embryogenesis to planetary rings and plasma dynamics. Keywords: birth defects, embryogenesis, Wilcox Cascade, micro-oscillations, tissue coherence, EM negotiation loop, topological modeling, predictive diagnostics References: Levin, M. (2021). Abstract

(2021). Bioelectric Mechanisms in Morphogenesis. Waddington, C.H. (1957). The Epigenetic Landscape. Wilcox, C.J. (2025). The MID Manifesto. Wilcox, C.J. (2025). On the Topology of Collapse. ---
