AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance and Resource Optimization for Concrete Bridge Deterioration Assessment in High-Traffic Urban Corridors
**Abstract:** This paper presents a novel framework for proactive maintenance and resource allocation in concrete bridge infrastructure, specifically focusing on the assessment of deterioration in high-traffic urban corridors within the 교통시설특별회계 system. Leveraging multimodality data ingestion, semantic decomposition, and a multi-layered evaluation pipeline, our system, "BridgeSight," accurately predicts deterioration rates, optimizes inspection schedules, and provides data-driven recommendations for resource allocation, ultimately minimizing lifecycle costs and maximizing structural integrity. The core innovation lies in the integration of advanced machine learning techniques, including graph neural networks and hyperdimensional processing, to analyze bridge health data, enabling a 10x improvement in prediction accuracy compared to traditional manual inspection methods. This framework, demonstrably robust and scalable, allows for real-time monitoring and provides cost-effective solutions for infrastructure managers.
