Proto-Cuisine and Pre-Fire Domestic Technologies: An Archaeological and Logical Reconstruction

This interdisciplinary article provides an archaeological and logical reconstruction of early culinary and domestic technologies. It proposes that hominids developed sophisticated food preparation techniques long before the systematic use of fire (around 400–500 thousand years ago). Based on artifact analysis and logical reasoning, the study demonstrates that practices such as grinding seeds, preparing cold porridges, and creating proto-vessels from organic materials were not only possible but were integral to the evolution of human culture and diet. The article also shows how these culinary innovations acted as a catalyst for the development of other technologies, including the production of building materials.
