FROM NATIONAL SECURITY TO STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT: THE TRANSFORMATIVE ROLE OF HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATION

In the modern era, the concept of national development extends beyond social, political, and economic spheres to include the advancement of complex skills in security, scientific and technical progress, and management domains. As a strategically important field, higher military education enhances the state's defense capabilities, technological prowess, and international standing. The purpose of this study is to scientifically analyze the role of higher military education in national development and to provide practical recommendations for enhancing its effectiveness. Within the research framework, the core functions and strategic significance of higher military education were identified, a comparative analysis with international practices was conducted, and its impact on national security and technological progress was evaluated. Additionally, scientifically based proposals regarding the future development prospects of the field were developed.
