Clinical Manifestations and Cytokine profiles of the Th1, Th2 and Th17 response Associated with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron Subvariants
This PDF file contains two key tables from the statistical analysis of the study on immune responses in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron subvariants. The first table displays the raw p-values derived from Chi-square tests assessing potential associations between 16 clinical symptoms and plasma levels of seven cytokines. The second table presents p-values adjusted using the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure to control the false discovery rate (FDR), ensuring more robust interpretation considering multiple comparisons. These analyses support the conclusion that, after correction for multiple testing, no statistically significant associations were found between symptoms and cytokine profiles, contributing to the understanding of the balanced inflammatory response elicited by Omicron infections.
