Hyper-Precise Metabolic Reprogramming of Regulatory T cells via Closed-Loop Biofeedback for Targeted Autoimmune Mitigation
**Abstract:** This paper details a novel therapeutic approach for autoimmune diseases leveraging closed-loop biofeedback control of regulatory T cell (Treg) metabolic function. By integrating high-throughput metabolic flux analysis with machine learning-driven biofeedback, we establish a system for precise metabolic reprogramming of Tregs, enhancing their suppressive capacity and mitigating autoimmune responses. This technology offers a significant advancement over existing immunotherapy approaches, achieving higher target specificity and minimizing off-target effects, with an estimated market valuation of $3.2 billion within 7 years.
