Lead provenance

This revision consolidates and finalizes the reproducibility materials accompanying the manuscript. It includes a dedicated Jupyter notebook that reproduces all figures and tables reported in the paper, with corrected input handling and consistent column naming to ensure cross-platform execution. All absolute file paths have been removed and replaced with user-provided inputs. The requirements file and README have been updated to reflect all dependencies used in the notebooks and to provide explicit Docker build and run instructions.
